2. We may use your purchase history to identify what products and services are popular and enable us to improve any areas we feel are not being of benefit to our customers.

1.  Our main way of obtaining your data is through our Friendship Cards.  We would only contact you through the email address you have provided on your Friendship Card Application Form. There is an option provided for you to decline any emails from us.

2.  We may also store any correspondence from you regarding queries, complaints and information received from you and our replies to show how we have responded.

3.  When you engage with us on social media.

4.  When you enter our prize draws or competitions.

5.  When you book to attend an event we are holding.

6.    When you use our car park or shop, our security system may record your image during your visit.

We do have a  requirement by law to pass on any information we hold about people who may be involved in fraudulent  or any other criminal activity.
